Emmett Plant from BinaryFreedom (http://www.binaryfreedom.com) has interviewed (http://www.binaryfreedom.com/content.php?content_id=26) the guys at Xiphophorus (http://www.Xiph.org) about the new Beta 4 CODEC of Ogg Vorbis.  The new CODEC produces better quality, more compression and is around twice as fast as Beta 3.
