Developers are working as hard as they can to get more applications to
AmigaDE, but in the mean time I have compiled a short list of places where
you can find some java applications to use on AmigaDE including, games, net applications,
utilities and much more.
NOTE: Some of these Java applications may not work with the AmigaDE version of Java. Also, if you have any issues with Java please
consult the Amiga online FAQ.
Websites:
- Espial (http://www.espial.com) - The makers of the Escape Java Web browser. (A Must Install)
- Devicetop (http://www.devicetop.com) - A Java portal supported by Amiga.
- ArcadePod (http://www.arcadepod.com/java/) - Lots and lots of Java games.
- Java Game Park (http://www.javagamepark.com/) - Even more Java games.
- Yahoo Games (http://www.yahoo.com/r/pl) - A large online gaming community based around Java games.
- Tucows Java (http://java.tucows.com/) - The Aminet of Java.
- Dave Central (http://www.davecentral.com/java.html) - Even more Java files.
- GPL/GNU Java (http://www.gnu.org/software/java/java-software.html) - The Open Source Java website.
- Sourceforge (http://sourceforge.net/foundry/java/) - Lots of GPL Java code, forums, and help.
