Title: Problems with UPS Service?
Post by: mdv2000 on May 15, 2009, 11:03:26 PM
Just giving a heads up and wondering if anyone else have a problem...

2 days in a row I have worked from home and had packages via UPS suppose to be delivered to my house.  Both days they have been marked delivered but I haven't even seen a UPS truck on my street much less at my house.  I work in the front room with a big window facing my drive so I know I haven't missed him!

Anyone else have this kinda problem with UPS?

Seems brown hasn't done $hit for me!

Thanks,

LOL! There's just something about the phrase that's oh so funny.

I've noticed for the past decade, strange behaviours out of UPS. Horribly handled packages, drivers not as consistent as they once were in their route, weird and inaccurate computer tracking info, ZERO customer service & real UPS service stations since merging with that packing company (PO Boxes and More, or whatever they're called) and later & later deliveries. The UPS of today sucks and I try to avoid using them whenever I can and that's easily MOST times.

UPS seems to be cutting back because of the economy.  They've been around 125 years and now they have to cut back?  The money must have been going in an executive's pocket.  We have problems getting them to show up at work so they will pick up the packages.  All I can tell you is to call a supervisor and to keep tracking the tracking number.

USPS gives tracking numbers but it is like the honor system which renders the tracking numbers useless.
