Title: PowerPC software range
Post by: freqmax on May 14, 2009, 04:16:11 AM
How much software is there really for the Amiga PowerPC platform?, a few specialized programs or a broad range like for the 68k processors?

depends. not all amiga ppc software will run on each system either. most things done with ng- systems in mind mostly are horribly slow or run out of mem on classics. its difficult to draw a line here.

Maybe you should browse Aminet...  http://www.aminet.net

From my observations there is quite a bit of software, but the bulk of the commercial games were for the 68k.  (which you would have to run under emulation)
