About December, I bought a A200o Video toaster suite off of a member here that was leaving the Amiga Community. To make a long story short, He included a "Dead" Video Toaster (2000) card, along with the "newer" card installed in the unit.
I talked to New teK about seeing what they could do with it, and I ended up sending it back to them RMA. Donny and the crew fixed it at no Charge!!! How awesome is that? Turned out to be a simple 2 cap fix. So now I am putting this card back in the A2000 and swapping the VT4000 with the A4000 I got in.
New Tek still supports the Amiga and you can still get the latest Toaster software and Manuals for it. 25 years later, and they are still strong.

Wow, that is pretty cool! 8-)

That is superb. Considering they were one of the main drivers of commercial use of the Amiga, it's great to see them still supporting their heritage!

Amazing!!!!!!! :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o :-o

I had a flyer board serviced (just for shipping costs to Newtek) a few months ago and they still had my old work address from 1993!

Wow, now that's superior customer service!

Yes, In fact, the ONLY thing that burnned me is I went to order the latest VT software (disk and and boot floppy). It cost $40 but they wanted an extra $60 to ship to Canada, because(of course) they use UPS only! $60 for a CD and Floppy! I explained to the CR that it would only cost $3 via USPS, but they couldn't ship any other way, now with the "Boarder fee" god knows what USP would charge.
They sent back the board UPS and UPS wanted another $30 for it.
I am sorry, but I refuse to do business with a Company that exclusively uses UPS for shipping. I just pray Softhut doesn't decide to ship my Typhoon UPS, or I will never do business with them again also.
