Title: Need help finding a game
Post by: Imeni on April 24, 2009, 08:03:43 AM
Hello Friends.

I need helping finding out the name of a game that was made for the Amiga back in the mid eighties.

Now, im running my search based on the information given to me by my dad, who had the game at one point, but the computer was so old when i played the game, that he just bought a new PC first chance he got, and he would like to find out the game.

Ok, first off, its a 2d game. WWII, we believe, possibly WWI. You are in control of a tank, and the only colors available were green and tan. The main objective, as near as we could tell, was scour the map for the enemy base, and blow it up before your opponent, usually player 2, could do the same. It was an analog game, using your joystick and buttons, to fire. The tanks werent exactly to scale to the buildings, much as the units/structures in starcraft were a few years back.

Ive searched on google and Amiga sites for possible game info or screenshots, but none are close to fitting what it was. Again, its not a game where you can view the inside of the tank. It was always from a sky perspective, looking straight down onto your tank.

Any help would be appreciated. :)
