Post by: mboehmer_e3b on April 24, 2009, 07:38:39 AM
Had anyone in this forum contact during the last two months to Jean-Francois Bachelet (aka voxel)?

If so, please contact me by email (mboehmer e3b de), especially if you purchased E3B hardware from hin during this period.

Thanks in advance, Michael

Last mails were not answered. I wouldn't try such a public contact if mail contact would work.

If you have his new phone number, please let me know (PM).
Did his address also change?

Michael

It's now impossible to join VOXEL AMIGA SHOP (JF BACHELET).
Some of AMIGA users are waiting for their money, their A3000, A4000, their CSPPC since 2009 or more than 8 months.
Known victims to this day are two French, two Swiss and one Spanish.

I've sent 3 A4000 mainboards (one with partial case and daughterboard) for repair/recapping /PIO2 upgrade etc.

It was early in april 2013 and he notified me on the 10th of april that he had received the package. The last reply I received from him was on the 20th of april. After that, no reply or whatsoever from him anymore.

So he is still in the business?
How peculiar, as he does not answer dozens of people asking for their hardware back (some of them are in repair with Voxel for several years now), except from time to time to complain about his private life. We are talking about expensive hardware here, such as CSPPC and A4000s.
It is most unexpected that he is still taking new repairs.
As far as i know, i strongly advise members here to avoid him at all cost.
