When is this anticipated Winuae 1.6.0 going to come out?
Is this a big update. I'm looking foreward to this for the Wacom Tablet support. Whats taking so long?

Well I think it's slated for Spring 2009... So technically its not late... :-)

you can get wacom tablet support on a real amiga with formaldehyde on aminet. it works with serial port tablets, and its freeware. i actually payed for penpartner driver, which is worse than the formaldehyde. I *think* it works with winuae if you have a PC with a serial port tablet. For a USB tablet i wonder if you set winuae properties->input->serial.device as the USB device the tablet is plugged in to, and then within amigos, set the device as serial.device in the formaldehyde tool types, this may give you wacom functionality inside Winuae?

If you don't want to wait, why don't you try the beta version ? It's quite stable already.

You could even add your suggestions before the final version is out.
Bye,
