Title: os.4.0 pre-release registaration

Sorry if this has been covered before but i am trying to register my os.4.0 pre release but the new site will not accept my serial number

the registration process is a bit tricky with the new CSS site.

what browser are you usinig? on AmigaOS4 you have to use OWB or try with a PC

and, are you typing the serialcode  all in uppercase?

i am using firefox on a pc to register used upper and lower case and double checked o and 0 still cannot register and the contact us email address just bounces

thx for help last time rogue sorted it there was a problem with the pre release

If you previously registered your os.4.0 pre release on the old site, it may be a matter of transfering the registration to the new website (they call it converting your old registration).  Here is a good place to start Information for returning users (http://www.hyperion-entertainment.biz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=130:information-for-returning-users&catid=38:corporate)

You have to login, then click on "Product Registration" in the User Menu.
Then click "I am not seeing all my registered products".
You have to enter your old user name and password and click "convert" button.

yea i read that but it was so long ago i registered i have forgotten my username and password :-(
