Hi everyone,
Only an annoyance, but first time I start AHI-Prefs or SongPlayer, I get 'unable to open openpci version 1 or later' error.. I can just cancel, and everything's fine... But Why do I get this error, I don't even have a PCI busboard in my 1200T.
Using Snoopdos, I see that AHI is looking for cybergraphics.library ... nothing about openpci.library ...
I even Dl'd this openpci.lib vers. 2, still I get the errror... WTF???
Specs. A1200T OS3.9 w/BB1+2, AHI V.6, SongPlayer V. 1.60, 8.6GB HDD, 1260 @ 50MHz, 128MB RAM,
Ideas?
Thanks!

Install only those drivers into Devs:AHI and Devs:Audiomodes for which you have hardware. If you install PCI drivers you will be asked for PCI hardware. Works as designed.
Bye,

I consider that a bug in the driver. It should be quiet in these cases and the library init should fail.

Thanks guys,
In my defense, since AHI V6 has no official installer, I just copied everything to the respective directories. I'll give it a shot...

You probably installed the EMU10K driver. Get rid of that, and all should be well.

Thanks, Matt.. et al. Yup, it probably was the EMU10K driver... I deleted all but Paula and Filesave, it's fine now :-D
