Found this article (http://www.maymin.org/node/102) from a couple of years ago. It contained this interesting sentence:
And to complete the trifecta, Commodore has risen from the ashes and will be moving in to 263 Tresser Boulevard in Stamford.
Some quick Googling seems to confirm. Anyone in the neighborhood paid them a visit? :-)

My family keep a place in Stamford. I will try and remember to go down when I am over in the summer and get some photos.

Couldn't we just do it with Google maps with a roadside view? What is the zip code?

Sadly it looks like
they dont have any data there (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=263+Tresser+Boulevard,+Stamford&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=48.240201,103.095703&ie=UTF8&ll=41.05125,-73.528962&spn=0.011295,0.02517&z=16&iwloc=addr&layer=c&cbll=41.0513,-73.529073&panoid=yie0KYtMGMqaQqiyqDtX8Q&cbp=12,292.29792201080835,,0,8.759590792838878)... as that's the closest I could get :-D

Who cares? It's just some douchey parasites who bought the name rights to somebody else's dead company so they could use it to sell lame crap in the hopes that they can play off people's fond memories and make a quick buck. They've got as much to do with Commodore as a flaky white dog turd.

@ murple
Ah, but unlike Amiga, Inc., the new Commodore has actually released some products, and the press seems to think they're pretty good ones at that.
Commodore's historical significance seems to be largely forgotten. They might not be important now, but I think it'd be good if people know that they once were. And if selling netbooks and gaming rigs is the way to go about that, so be it. At least it looks like they discontinued those useless media players.
-
But didn't they go bankrupt (again) late last year?
-
Now that sounds familiar!
Anyway IF they own the copyright to the operatingsystem. Then they are of interest. The name is more or less useless by now. And all the patents likely to expire just about anytime now.

@Murple
Do you *EVER* have anything positive to say, or is everything out of your mouth just b!tching and complaining??!??
Just an observation....

Still, it's kinda fun to see the Commodore logo popping up, e.g. on http://www.killernic.com/ at the bottom, left of Alienware (which is now just Dell, d'oh).

@ NovaCoder
Now that you mention it, I do recall something like that. I think they were able to recover, maybe?

Here is something of interest C Gaming (http://www.commodoregaming.com/pcshop/home.aspx?q=13,242,1) Also, follow links and saw that a lot of c64 games are now on Wii... shame I sold my Wii when I could make a $100 profit on it!

Google Earth rather than Google Maps would probably be the better choice...
