Title: Need Manual for Toaster 4000

I have a Toaster 4000 card installed in my A4000D and have purchased the software but now I am looking for the Toaster Manual(s). Is there a PDF copy of this around or does somebody have a manual for sale?

We tried to have it scanned once, but it would have cost $300+.

What Version are you looking for? Very soon I will have 2,3,and 3.1 manuals. I could PDF them for you if you can't find one.
