Title: Question About PowerUp CD V43 Libraries

There is a PowerUp CD for PPC on Ebay right now that states in the listing:

 "Among other things,
it contains the v43 68060 libraries, a handy thing to have even if you don't own a PPC accelerator."

What makes these libraries desireable if you don't have a PPC accelerator?  Are these the same libraries as what are available online on the Phase 5 site?

The libs on the CD are ancient and totally useless these days.

In fact, the whole CD is so old I can't possibly see any value in it.

Wowz, the latest "official" are v46.7...
