Title: Netgear wn511b (broadcom) on amiga
Post by: blanning on March 14, 2009, 08:26:56 PM
I have two of these.  Will they work on a 600 and/or 1200?  They seem to have a generic broadcom chipset.

Looks like a Wireless-N chipset - almost certainly won't work.

Check the Prism2 (http://aminet.net/package/driver/net/prism2) docs.

If it's this one:

Then they will not work unfortunately. That's a 32-bit Cardbus device (can be identified by the gold strip with bumps) which will not fit and work in the 16-bit slots in Amigas.
