Title: Is there a device driver for a Nikon LS-2000?
Post by: Rabbi on February 16, 2009, 08:50:31 AM
Hi All,

    I've come into possession of a Nikon Super Coolscan 2000 (LS-2000) (http://imaging.nikon.com/products/imaging/technology/archives/scanner/scoolscan_2000/index.htm).

I'd sure like to use it to scan in a ton of slides I've got using the fxSCAN program, but I don't see a "nikon.device" device driver.  It is recognized on my SCSI chain of devices.

Is there any possible PD source code or Amiga device driver for this beauty?

It would be a shame if I couldn't get this working on my Amiga.

Reportadly has support for this device, probably as a generic SCSI scanner. I would imagine all you need to is tell it is the device of your SCSI card.

FXscan might be the same? Just give it your the details of your .device
