Well, as my A2091 card as a SCSI port on the back, I found this to be the cheapest SCSI CDROM on ebay that has been tested:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330304731777&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123
Think it would work with my A2000 under KS/WB 1.3?

Should be ok with idefix97 as that supports cd changers.
-
You'll need a 1.3-compatible CD filesystem, for sure. There might be issues with the multiple discs, depending on how the device presents itself to the system.
-
These Nakamichis used to be able to run as a single drive plus a changer device or as just a stack of drives where the changer swaps in the discs as required automatically. The latter mode would - probably - work with any CDROM driver and a mountlist entry for each slot.
-
asimCDFS knows how to deal properly with Nak changers...

Wait, can the Amiga not read ISO9660 filesystems?
And where would I find the proper drivers?
I take it that BabelCDFS is simply just a way to read ISO9660 filesystems...
