Title: Classic Amiga Os 4

Hello , resently i tryied again to setup up my A 1200 with Os4 but found a lot of probs .
I was wondering if anybody with mine configuration has succeeded in making OS4 working at his machine ?
 My set up is A1200Τ,MediatorZiV,Voodoo3,SB128,Tvcard,Lan, Blizzard 603e+ PPC 200,040/25 +192MB ram .
The main problem is that only Voodoo is working . I cant get the other PCI cards to work neither i know a possible way . I tryied mediator drivers MMcd up etc but then the system doesnt even boot at OS4 . Should i copy some libs from the Os 3.9 installation in order to have net,audio at os 4 ?
 Any possible suggestion/help  you have i am ready to try it , before i abandon the Os4 , and just setup my old 3.9 again .

Funny thing, I´m doing the same thing here. The only thing I couldn´t get working was the soundcard. When installing updated Mediatordrivers the whole computer crashed/freezed so now I´m reinstalling it.  :-)

Specs:
A1200T (PowerTower)
Mediator PCI 1200
Voodoo 3, 2000
ES1371 chiped soundcard.
8029 nic
Blizzard 603e 160@175MHz, 040/25, 64MB ram.

If installing Mediator drivers, do it by hand.
Using the installation process mucks ahi up for instance.

if you are using elbox drivers on os4 you have to comment out the drivers for the pci extentions in your respective  kickstart/kicklayout. especially voodoo has to be comented out since voodoo uses part of its memory to allow dma on pci bus. without elbox voodoo driver mediator is not able to correspond with other pci cards i suppose.

Any update on the installation of OS4 ?
My main problem is that i cant get the pci network and SB 128 cards to work . With the drivers that OS4 has , nothing of these 2 works . Maybe with the Mediator drivers i will have more luck although they are only supposed for 3.9 .

Just reinstalled OS4 with patch. Network and gfx works, no sound yet.  :-)

EDIT: I give up, gonna sell this anyway.

Update .
 Well finally SB 128 is working . Seems like i have to run Mixer first in order to have sound on OS4 .
 I must say that ELBOX were very very helpful and answered all my e-mails in very short time . Without this help i would have given up .
 So a BIG THANKS to ELBOX . Its nice to see that some people still help us and support our small group .

Was it just that Mixer has to be started first? Ok, I´ll tell the next owner.  :-)
