Hello,
I just recently got AmigaForever solution. It works really fine, especially sound stream which is truly parallel to the video (no delays). I hadn't managed to achieve this neither on WinUAE nor E-UAE before, so great!
Alas there is, indeed, still a problem with the sound. There's some NOISE audible, it feels as if some audio cable (not existing here, though) was broken/cut in some place causing lack of continuous current flow, in some tiny intervals.
EDIT* It seems to be called short circuit more technically.
Please help! My sound problems last :(
I got HP 530 notebook with WinXP SP2, sound card (integrated) is Conexant High Definition Audio.

First of all update to the latest revision of Amiga Forever via the Software Manager program (part of Amiga Forever installation).
If there is a noise even on Windows side I doubt that the Amiga Forever is the cause.

I did it with both AF and UAE components. Same.
Now my controls do not work for a change - cannot press fire anymore, it simply stopped working.
WTF??? What did I pay for anyway? Fancy UI??

I DO play DVD movies and music on this very machine.
I NEVER EVER had ANY problems with sound/latency/noise on ANY of my systems (WinXP, MacOSX and Kubuntu/Linux).
Except for Amiga emulation.
Or maybe I am evil??

Play with WinUAE settings (http://winuaehelp.vware.at/) or contact Cloanto directly.

I will.
Funny thing about controls.
I discovered that my controls' setup (e.g. defining cursor keys as input) doesn't get passed to UAE... So if I want to use them, a have to invoke UAE immediately (F12) and set second port controls, because I always find it set to BLANK!!
Strange...
