Title: Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 Theme

I swear I heard a song on one of these iTunes radio stations that sounded similar to the Lotus Turbo Challenge 2 theme.

Specifically the bit where it sounds like a dude wispering 'car' and the instrumentation a couple of seconds pre this, throughout the song....can anyone enlighten me to what the song could be?
