Is there a way to emulate Os4 or MorphOs on My g5 with Osx???

Simple answer, No.

In theory these operating systems could be ported in such a way as to run natively on the PPC G5 hardware.  However, I am not aware of any plans by either group to do this.  It would require documentation and probably some form of licensing agreement with Apple.
