I went to our local parade of shops to find that they had constructed the new TARDIS there......

Then I drove round the back and parked facing this sign...

What can you paint a building with that would prevent vadalism?
Can the paint catch a brick that is heading towards a window and throw it back at the vandal?
How do you think the vandals will react to the warning?

A warning implicates a desired anticipation of the reader.

There are quite a few types of paint/coating that are grafitti resistant. It's not really a way to prevent vandalism, but grafitti 'artists' will have a hard time putting up their tag when the paint simply refuses to stick to the wall...

Have you seen the structure of the wall? Quite tempting for a vandal, especially considering the sign.

Prehaps there isn't really any paint and that warning sign is their only line of defence. At the first sign of of trouble they probably run around to the front and lock themselves inside the TARDIS :-D

See-through paint?

No paint can prevent vandalism. They've used the wrong description. There are paints which deter graffiti artists and there are paints which deter intruders. The latter are basically non-drying coatings used on drainpipes etc to deter people climbing up them. They get covered in the stuff and it doesn't wash off.

Perhaps if they hadn't spent all their money a fancy sign and some special paint they could have finished the wall properly.
