Title: Amiga 2500 w/ Video Toaster and DSP boards
Post by: guruofgent on November 30, 2008, 09:35:55 PM
I have listed on eBay my Amiga 2500 that has a Video Toaster and two daisy-chained DPS boards (I think VT-2000 NTSC).  There's also a Supra RAM board and two hard drives.

See the auction on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300277535016)

This is not a stab.  I'm asking an honest question to which I don't know the answer: Given the current state of digital video production, is the Video Toaster still in any demand?  If so, by whom?

Given that NTSC countries are switching to digital HD in February,  and given that it's only real use was to synch to live feeds.  I'd venture that it really doesn't have much use anymore...
