Opps, Just fixed the shipping charges, they were from an earlier Auction.
Hopefully, this is more realistic. $10 anywhere in North America (yes that does include the US   -actually had that question a few weeks ago) and $50 overseas- If the shipping to overseas turns out to be less you will get a partial paypal refund.

I'm a bit confused.  I have one of those cards with v6.1 ROMS that has worked fine with Workbench 3.1 and below.  Will it not work with OS3.9?

From what I understand -no, The BBOH says The version 7 ROM 7.0 being the last version (strongly recommended, and necessary for 68040 machines)fixes the following bugs in the 6.6 ROM
- >1GB HD support
- DMA reselection bug fixed
- disconnect/reconnect performance improved a lot
- Sync messages are handled
- Error handling improved
- Sync problems with Seagate/Syquest fixed
- Removable media recognition fixed
- Slow boot jumper now does a 15 second wait plus 300ms scan

It doesn't say specifically that you need 7 in order to run 3.9 I believe someone mentioned that earlier on these boards, but I could be wrong.

Ah, OK.  I was wondering because I plan on eBaying mine at some point and I don't think I've used it with any machine higher than 3.1.

If got an A2000 running OS3.9 using the SCSI on the GVP 68030 card.  I'll shove the A2091 in a Zorro slot and see if I can get it to boot off that instead.

OK, it took a lot longer than the SCSI on the GVP card, but it did eventually load the kickstart patch and then reboot and load OS3.9.  However, I had to disable the 2MB on the card using the JP1 jumper otherwise it just locked up with a black screen.

Crap... $70 for a plain A2091 with old roms... I'm going to hold on to my own A2091 with v7 roms, rev 8 SCSI chip and 4 GB harddrive a little while longer to see if prices keep going up...

Will work ok only if hard disk < 1gb.  rom 7.0 is needed for hard disk > 1GB.
The version 7 ROM fixes the following bugs in the 6.6 ROM

- disconnect/reconnect performance improved a lot
