Hi,
What are the advantages of using audio out of the PIV over the native sound out of the A4000?
Also, I read somewhere that you have to plug in a 'dummy-plug' on one of the A4000 mobo audio outs to avoid getting mono sound out of the PIV. Is this right? Details anyone?
Thanks
Tim

I can't think of any advantages, except perhaps if you have a Concertio. On the other hand there are disadvantages. In the past I've had two PicassoIV cards, and both had noise on the audio output whenever the harddrive was working. Not a lot, but noticable.

One is you can use Pee Cee style speakers from the PIV output!
