Title: New batch of White Minimig enclosures
Post by: TheDaddy on November 04, 2008, 08:10:45 PM
Hi everyone,

After receiving quite a few emails asking me to start a new production of white Minimig enclosures I have decided to do it but I will need at least another 35 orders.

I am going to make some changes to the design (increase of the LEDs holes with the addition of an acrylic window and a few other bits, this means I am going to pay for all these changes and another prototype and again make very little money but hey...).

But I want those who have already ordered and pre-paid to own one and the only way is to get to a minimum order and have others pledging theirs.

Price: I will try and keep it in the region of the original price £67.45 GBP (maybe less 60-65 if I cut my profit) although it should cost more because of the changes and modifications.

Please email me to register your interest:

Thank you.

:-)

Having seen these cases in person at the MAG bash last weekend, I can say they are of an excellent quality. They fit the ACube Minimig board perfectly and look superb.

I agree totally - I'm very satisfied with my shiny black minimig, and I've also gotten quite a few "I want one!" from colleagues at work :-)

I've been pondering on fixing some buttons for the reset and menu buttons, using some pins, and also maybe add some switches to be used for jumpers (speed, serial ...), and also use some fishing rod (or similar) to lead the light from the leds to the holes better, should be easy enough.

@TheDaddy
Thanks alot for great service! :-D
