Title: Radeon 9250 PCI problem with SAM440
Post by: Phantom on November 04, 2008, 08:10:07 AM
I encounter problems with my Radeon 9250 Gfx Card when I install it on SAM. I turn on the Amiga and I get a black screen only. SAM's onboard VGA is working, but why refuses to boot when I plug the Radeon card into the slot? Is there I must do before that? Any ideas?

Hi! have you switched to Radeon in UBoot its in vga settings you should switch from internal to external and can I ask why? the onboard graphics are quicker.
cheers

Just out of curiosity is the onboard GFX fully supported by AOS 4.1? Just wondering, because it is basicly a Radeon r200 chip.

I installed AmigaOS yesterday without any problems. It seems to be ok with 4.1.
