Hi amigans....
I'd like to put 256 MB of RAM on my BPPC board but I have no reference about what's the max memory it can take. Does anyone use 256 MB ram on this kind of accel?
Cheers

Yep, it will take 256MB (2x128MB Simms)
So will the Blizzard 1260/1240 if you have the SCSI kit addon.
-
... and so will the blizzard 1230
-
...but not Blizzard 1230-I, 1230-II or 1230-III.
Only Blizzard 1230-IV has the option for SCSI Kit with SIMM slot.

Mine has a 128mb sim and a 32mb sim.so 256 must be ok it does not say the maximum in my manuekl for the card. :-)

good place for 128mb 60ns simms ?
a shop i mean.
i wont settle for anything less than 60..

Yes the BlizzardPPC can take 256Mb - I have two 128Mb simms in mine.

I bought my 128mb sim new from a computer fair this year but it cost me £45.00. :-)

Great, thanks a lot everyone ;)
So my B1260 will have 128 mb soon and the A1200 will get 256 :-)
