Title: IFF-ANIM editor

I am looking for a IFF-ANIM editor

I would like to be able to mix the 8SV (sound file) into an IFF-ANIM
and take a group of still images and create a IFF-ANIM

can anybody help?

what are the sound sampling rates that are supported?

 I recommend Cloanto's image editor, who is able to anim, too.

 If you want a retro experience, look for Deluxe Paint IV.

There was also Disney Animator Studio...

...and very very old Movie Setter...

And if you search on AMINET, sure you will found something useful...
