Title: a1200 boottime

Hello, after trying to install idefix express on my a1200, the boottime takes 30 sec . it also dosent recon the hd anymore.have anyone had this problem ? :-?

If you are using a CF then yes lots of us, but so far no solution has been found  :-(

It appears that the IDEFix driver is not happy to play with a most makes of CF and perfers a 'real' IDE HD instead.  The only fix I've found is to remove the IDEFIX driver command from your startup-sequence.  You still appear to get a speed boost but it might not be as much as you'd get with the IDEFIX's version of 'scsi.device'.
