Title: Must have programs for new OS3.9 install.

I've setup (again) OS3.9 but this time on a new scsi drive...which is amazingly fast compared to the ide.

So far I just have OS3.9 and CyberGFX 4 installed. What other programs do you recommend to enhance the OS.I know there was an issue with BB2 and CGFX3, does this still apply with V4?

Don't forget to save the serial.device after installing BB1 and before installing BB2.  The BB2 version is buggy.  It's much easier to do this while first installing the BB's.  It can be changed later but is a little bit of a hassle.

Zipper,

Do I need the RC4 or just the RC5 upgrade to fix the BB2 issue with CGFX 4?

I'm setting up RTG master V42, click to front and WHDload tonight.

What about MCP V1.3? Any issues with that and what can you do with that program? Any other quirky programs?

 MCP is an excellent multi-commodity for enhancing your desktop and i recommend it, but some of its patches are notoriously buggy. You will need to spend a lot of time to configure it properly (so many options) and also to isolate these patches. Last version is 1.46, i believe.

You'll definitely need MUI (http://aminet.net/util/libs/mui38usr.lha) sooner rather than later.
