anybody know why a cf card without any exterior tabs slides of any desription shoud give a write protected message they are 512 meg card 80x  :-?

well after some bother  I managed to get the little boggers working 500meg of them any way 10 meg seems to have gone missing
oddly enough the message disc write protecct message turned
into a german message that read
zu fruh entnommen
wiederholen     abbrechen
any way I left alone for awhile and it finally iconed as emty i renamed it trouble :lol:
