I've found an ALPS DF354H127F in my stuff.
On this site (http://www.pitsch.de/stuff/amiga/floppy.htm) (german), they said it can be converted OK for DD use. Nah, I have an easy way to do so.;-)
But in this Czech Forum (http://amiga.probers.info/forum/showthread.php?t=1119) they comment the unit can be a real HD unit.:-o
Can someone translate the Czech page/instructions, please? I'll love to have a proper HD floppy around.:-D

Looks like it didn't work. Something about the flywheel, rpm and weight.
