Title: All about the Depression Express!

Wooo boy things have gone from bad to worse today, The S&P/ASX 200 index closed down 155 points or 3.3% at 4,540.4 and the broader All Ordinaries index shed 158.1 points or 3.4% to finish at 4,544.7, small change compared with the 7 or 8 percent drops in Europe.  Now I see America, which lives in yesterday, is also tanking.  So what's peoples feeling, just a global recession or a full blown depression?

I'm bored of hearing about it now. I wish whatever is going to happen would just get on with. Personally, unless I lose my house or can't afford to buy food or travel to university, I don't care.

I know what you mean moto as the suspense is just awful. But the longer it takes to happen, the longer we'll have to win the lottery or find some kind of escape route.


Erm..... Any chance that when I reach 1000 posts I'll hear a bell ring, see flashing lights and be buried in gold coins?

I don't think it's that. I think I'm just fed up with hearing about it all the time. Just like war, famine and climate change, I'm desensitised to it :roll:
