Can any one give me the low down on the A501 i.e specs, battery damage etc? I would most greatful.

They'll give you additional 512KB Chip RAM on your A500/A500+, and they can be damaged by leaking batteries.

Ive got custom made 512k upgrade with a switch, i took A501 out, it was not performing right, this could be the batt yes? Ive got most of the metal case off. Thanks for that , sorry for the dumb question! :-D
