IFAIR there are small switches in the audio connecters.
Maybe you have an issue there?

Hi,

I have a very similar set up to you, and have noticed when I test the sound through Workbench/Prefs/Sound I get a beep only from one speaker.

However, If I play a MOD (I use Amoral Player see Aminet) the sound comes out from both speakers.

The Amiga senses when one cable is plugged and puts both channels on that monophonic line. Perhaps that's what you're experiencing?

After you replace the caps, if something isn't working, it's most likely a bad trace or a bad solder or something like that. Go back and double-check your work I'd say. Use a DMM/VMM to check continuity/resistance.

Good luck!
