Hi,
This installation guide (http://www.linux-m68k.org/debian-amiga.html) (though a bit old!) might also be of use.

For debian there is http://wiki.debian.org/M68k/Porting which is a good starting point. There is also a openwrt attemtp http://lists.openwrt.org/pipermail/openwrt-devel/2008-May/002147.html (should also work on amigas, only a matter of kernel config) and my own puppy, the gentoo/m68k packages at http://tinderbox.dev.gentoo.org/html/default-linux/m68k/All/ (and I have no problem admitting that it is a bit... rough) :-)

amiga.nvg.org/linux/
might have some useful stuff on it?

Checkout:
Link (http://people.debian.org/~smarenka/d-i/m68k/cds/daily/)
You might find that with only 16mb of ram, that things will be *very* slow or wont work at all..

I know this is requesting Linux, but don't forget NetBSD (http://www.netbsd.org/ports/amiga/) as another possible option.
