Title: Trouble With Workbench.library patch 45.131
Post by: dannyp1 on September 17, 2008, 12:45:18 AM
I have been having trouble with the workbench.library patch that is with the Amikit patches.  It seems to install fine but when I reboot after the installation my screen icons aren't black anymore.  They seem to be a very light blue color.  I read in a thread once before that another guy was having similar problems but I can't find where I read it.  Has anyone else run into this?  Is it just my computer or everyones?  Any suggestions?

Dan :-?

I'm the guy that mentioned the minor bug. You should go into Prefs:Palette and hit the Save button. This creates a file in ENVARC: that the colors will be read from after booting. You will have about 434 bytes less memory free on bootup unless you run HappyENV by Stephan Rupprecht which is a great little utility that saves ram and speeds booting.
