@Robert17
Will you deliver to the next LAG meeting?
I'll also need a 2000 to put it in. :-D

You wont consider a bid and shipping to Australia?
Thanks
-
Gazgod: A Fair question, yes anyone who wants to bid is welcome to pickup from the Lincs Amiga Group meeting on the 20th September in Welton, Lincolnshire
See our site: http://www.lincsamiga.org.uk/
Retro_71: I'd profer a UK buyer as I've had bad experiences shipping items abroad before. We'll wait and see how the auction runs, I might be open to offers from abroad if things don't go well :-P

Excellent. This will finally give an early idea of market price for this outstanding board. :-D We offered Tekmagic 68060 with 128 MB RAM for $550-600 plus postage from USA.

Somewhat.. I'll probably get outbid as my max bid isn't too high, but we'll see.
-
:bump: Only an hour or so to go on the Tekmagic!
-
What about the flicker fixer?
-
Well, that was anticlimactic.
-
$278.27 = Ouch!!!
I thought you would get much more than that. I wonder if the availability of the EFIKA and the SAM440ep will begin to start hurting the prices of ALL older Amiga gear, not just the PPC accelerators?
-
I would have thought it would sell for more as well. Good price for the buyer, though. I think that's about what I paid for my Blizzard 2060 back in 2005.

Yeah, ouch. Here is the problem with eBay, it is fickle. 3 years back I sold a A4000d mb in a PC tower conversion on eBay and I got ~$130. Bare 4000d botherboards were getting $400+ at the time.
That 2060 was a real low end price, especially seeing some of the crazy prices some items have got lately. Time will only tell if it is a trend or an anomoly. I had a bid in, sure I would be outbid, but never thought it would be that low. That's not muh higher than my low bid!
-
Ebay has some tools one can use to reduce seller's remorse.
Simply set a minimum bid or a reserve price ;if buyers won't pay that, then you may relist and hope for better another time.
I have often seen the price of identical items vary by 3 or 4 to 1 in a matter of days.
-
I bought an A2000 with 060 for $500 on ebay a couple years ago.
If I had that $500 now it would be better spent on a SAM/OS4.1 set
-
Nice idea, except that sam/os4 won't run all of the classic software games & apps (many of which are amiga chipset dependent)...
-
The Tekmagic is for sale once again, as the first winner did not pay :-( Though it's better for me I suppose,
International shipping is available now :-D
