Title: OS 3.9 & RexxMast?

I had a friend tell me today that one of the first things I should do after installing OS 3.9 is move the RexxMast icon from the system drawer to the WBStartup drawer so that it is running all the time.  Is this something that everyone does and I just never got the message?  What are the benefits?  If this is to always be done why wasn't it done automatically when installing the OS?

This was true for OS 3.1 and below. With OS 3.9 RexxMast is run from Startup-Sequence, no need to move it anywhere. You'll even get an error messages during statup if you move if away from the System drawer.
