Title: Convert Amiga Intellifont to Windows useable format?
Post by: Ral-Clan on August 29, 2008, 02:47:33 PM
Is there a utility that will let me convert an Amiga Intellifont (Vector font) to a TrueType or Adobe Type 1 font?

Even something that ran on Windows to do the conversion would be helpful.  I am moving from PageStream on the Amiga to Windows and would like to keep my hundreds of Amiga compugraphic intellifonts.  This is also necessary in order to load up old Pagestream documents on the new system without having to find matching fonts.

Are Adoble Type 1 fonts and PostScript Type 1 fonts the same thing?  I thought Adobe is the creator of PostScript...

there may also be free TTF versions of your fonts out there already - worth looking for.

@ral-clan

The developer of Pagestream may be able to help or have some suggestions for you.
