How do I save my resolution settings, so that after a reboot I don't have to load a monitor and manually change to the required resolution?
I did a search here and on google but got no good results.

after you set up your res why not go to the menu and SAVE your screenmode prefs. it should load up now after every reboot
-
put the required monitor driver in devs/monitors and make sure that it is run as part of your startup-sequence. It usually is wildcarded to run

hang on, what? load a monitor?
all monitors that are in devs:monitors get setup on startup. then the machine will be able to understand the screenmode.prefs file and use the screenmode you saved.
if it isn't giving you your "saved" screen mode, then it sounds like you are either missing the monitor in devs:monitors (drag and drop from storage/monitors), or missing the initialization part of your startup sequece?
whats your setup? AGA? P96? CGX?

I'm using AGA. I did hit the save button but I didn't save the settings as I need to connect my RGB monitor again.
-
Copying the monitor from storage to devs did the trick. I didn't know that.
Thanks!
