oh my, nice :-)
I used Apollo workstations in my last year of uni back in Belgium - very nice OS.
At work I have a derelict SGI Indigo... but not powered it up since 2001 I'm afraid. More or less a footrest for now :-/
But what the heck is an "Apple Wallstreet" ?

I use too run an on-line store and the website www.thecocolounge.com. (its down now)
Strictly devoted to the TRS-80 Color Computer, I had so many coco's piled up in my one bedroom Apt, I couldn't walk in there and ultimately had to haul 40 big boxes of it to the recycle depo. At one time I counted 30 completely set up and running CoCo's in my living room. :madashell:
Now, I have 1 CoCo 3 left -512K-scsi 20 meg drive kit- packed up no FD unit or monitor left.NitOS-09 running(or was)
1 Tandy 2500 (not sure of the model its packed up-386sx 16)
1 Tandy MMPC unit upgraded to a 486/dx 100 overdrive and 64 megs of ram. These 2 were networked together with a few other Tandy 1000 at one time and were on the net just last year.
Amiga 1K No Power supply
Amiga 500-No A520
Amiga 2K- running fine.
-
Well, its far from everything i have...but here is a start:
http://amigaguru.kicks-ass.net
Just check that and click the Amiga icon.
(if anyone wanna do a better web look then let me know bcz as u can see i suck at it :-))
cheers

Hey lempkee!
Simply Great! :-o
-
Amigas are easily my favorites, see the signature.
I have rescued a few other machines that seem to be experiencing renewed interest, or have a following.
Hewlett Packards: several Hp-85s, Hp-86 & Hp-87
Hp-85 was Hp's first desktop 8-bit computer, about 1980. Sold new for about $3600. All-in-one design (display, printer, data cartrige, CPU). Still Cool. A company in California refurbs these and sells them on e-Bay for around $500.
Osborne 1: needs restoration and software
Apple: Apple IIc, Quadra 605 (OS7.5.5), other pizza boxes, a G3 Biege tower, G4 graphite
Timex/Sinclair ZX81
IBM: an original PC Jr, 5150, PS/1 (PC Dos 7 & Windows 3.1)
@ Lempkee
I haven't seen you around much in a while. If you've been away, welcome back!
EDIT: It's not retro, but I just got Xubuntu running on a PS3. It has some the excitement I felt with my first A500 in 1988.
-
I'll only list main systems in use or repair.
Commodore 128T (SuperCPU, 16MB RAM, etc)
Vic20
Commodore 64
Amiga 1200
Televideo TS-803H
Kaypro 10
-
i have got
1 x ZX81
2 x ZX Spectrum+
3 x ZX Spectrum+2
2 x ZX Spectrum+3
1 x Mattel Aquarius
1 x Mattel Aquarius 2
4 x Commodore64
6 x Atari Lynx with 30games
2 x Atari 2600
1 x Acorn Electron
and the Amiga's listed in sig
plus loads of hardware and software for them
I mostly use the +3, Aquarius, and Amiga 1200
-
I have tons of stash too, I don't remember everything.
Can list this item, though:
1x Girlfriend who will kill me if I bring more computers into the house

>Since Amiga is retro and I'm an active Retro Computer Collector, I was pondering what kinda Systems People on Amiga.org have.
>Here is my little collection:
Conspicuous by it's absence in many people's lists is the Atari 800. Sold around the same time as Apple, it clearly had better hardware (audio/sprites/gr.modes/etc) and almost 2X the CPU speed of it's competitors Apple/Vic/C64. For marketing reasons people seem to buy Apples/C64s more although Atari would run circles around them when compared at the hardware level. Some of it's software still quite unique and never ported to PC.
I have bunch of Atari 8-bits and Amigas and a C64.
-
while not as retro. i kinda went from vic20 to amiga500, and then stuck with amiga untill x86 came in, and toyed with the rest.
commodore:-
Vic20
Amigas re. sig.
Nintendo:- NES, N64, GameCube
Sony:- PS1
Atari:- XEGS with detatchable keyboard.
Sun:- IPC with a cycle5 turbo board (sparc5 equivilent), solaris2.6
and some (yawn) x86's
-
I've gathered quite a collection since returned to the Amiga 2 years ago, but since I'm more an Amiga user than a collector I have decided to keep only this:
* Amiga 4000T and Amiga 2500 - both fully loaded with gfx cards, accelerators etc.
* C64 breadbin and C64 wedge model - both for making music, with Prophet64 and the hopefully-soon-to-be-released MSSIAH cartridge
* C64-DTV
The rest of my collection is being sold right now.
All other computer stuff I have isn't retro (Wii, laptop and desktop pc)
-
A500
A600
A1000 (not working though :/ )
A1200
A4000 with Apollo 4040
2* CD32
2* C64 and one 1541-II
C64GS
3* NES
2* Sega MegaDrive
Vic-20
Apple II (not sure if it's working)
Compis
Playstation
Pegasos 1
TI-99/4A
And probably some more stuff i forgot.

Yeah, i mostly just sit on the sideline and looking, i do stuff in the Amiga scene still but i decided to just be abit more in the background as..well yeah its not been that fun the last year (forums etc).
PM me your psn id , or just add me and let me know its you, if u wanna be on my list that is :)

Not much left now, sold most of it
Just a CDTV
Oric1
Oric Atmos
Amstrad PCW
:-?
-
Very little these days, although Ive recently started collecting again, so hopefully soon I'll be able to add a lot more to the list.
A500
A1200 (bppc/grex/voodoo3/256meg fast)
Sega Saturn (one of my favorite machines)
Dead Sega Dreamcast (need to buy another, as I'm very fond of the Dreamcast)
PS2 (almost as dead as my Dreamcast,.. drive is buggered and very few discs work these days)
Xbox
Performa 5260 PowerMac
I have a few other machines as well, but theyre not retro so I wont bother to list them. Despite not being able to do it myself (no digital camera) it'd be nice if people can provide pictures of thier collections. Word lists arent all that exciting to look at, and some people have a weird tendancy to just make stuff up :-)
@Lempkee
Your collection is freakish and Im jealous :-)

One old playstation I was given for free, I never use it..
1* Vic 20
Several C64's
1* C128
Drives, tapes, disks, etc. for the above.
2* CD32 standard, they are in the living room, often used when some frinds are over for a beer or two ;-)
4* CDTV, one in the living room with the stereo.
A couple of A500's
4* or 5 A600, one with 2mb chip and 1GB IDE-CF
1* A1000 with C1071 monitor, complete MINT system ith boxes (I never use this one, just have it for fun..)
3* working A1200 (one with 030, often used, with C1084 monitor)
1 unfinished A1200 tower with mediator and 040 processor card
2* A1200 for parts
1* A2000 with 1mb chip (looking for expansions for this one)
1* A3000d/030 with 16mb/simmfonie - great machine, but needs netcard
1* A4000D/040 with 16mb, Picasso II and Ariadne II, CD drive, etc..
Disks, extra drives, harddisks, monitors etc..
MAIN SYSTEM:
1* A4000D/060 with mediator, buildt into tower, 16+128mb ram, cd-rw drive, Voodoo3 card, soundblaster card, TV-card an 10/100 netcard. SCSI controller, not munted, yet.. I use this machine every day, AND I LIKE IT :-D

Here is a list of 1980's / early 1990's computers I own (listed by year):
1980: Apple II plus, TRS-80 Model III
1981: Vic 20, TI-99/4A (2 - 1 NEW in box!)
1982: Atari 1200XL, Commodore 64
1983: Kaypro II, Atari 800XL (2)
1984: Apple IIc, IBM Portable PC 5155
1985: Amiga 1000, Kaypro "New 2", Commodore 128
1986: Colour Computer III
1987: Amiga 500 (2), Mac SE, Compaq Portable III
1988: Amiga 2000HD
1990: Amiga 3000, NeXTstation
1991: Mac Classic II
1992: Amiga 4000
1993: SGI Indy
Notice how only 2 are actual "PCs". I generally hate PCs, but these two were free and they are from the 80's. The IBM has a nice "clicky" keyboard & amber screen and the Compaq has a plasma screen.
I now use a couple "modern" computers (which I got free) running BeOS, but the keyboards I use with them were made in the 1980's - nice "clicky" 1984 IBM AT (best keyboard ever) and 1986 Model M.
Besides the clicky IBM keyboards, the "award for best keyboard feel" goes to (surprisingly) the TRS-80 Model III, TI-99/4A and the Kaypro "New 2".

I love these 'what do you have' threads.... If nothing else, it makes me feel better having 2 Mattel Aquarius(s) (Aquarii?) lol...

8086 w/EGA (yuck)
Game systems:
2 x Genesis, 1 w/32X/CD/IR controllers
2 x Saturn, both w/MPEG cards, and AR 4-in-1 carts
z x Dreamcast
4 x Atari 2600
Atari 5200

-
Wow, I don't feel so bad now with all the stuff I have (or had) at one point or another.
Currently have a combination of old and new stuff which includes:
Amiga 500 (w/GVP HD+8)
Amiga 1200
Amiga 3000 (working on getting that 4060 board fitted)
Apple IIgs (w/ Zip Chip, hard drive, and rare Apple CD-ROM)
Mac Quadra 630 (overclocked to 40 MHz, OS 8.1, but very badly yellowed)
PowerMac G5 / Dual 2.7GHz
2008 MacBook 15-Inch
2009 Mac Mini
2x PC clones featuring Dual Xeons / Asus PC-DL motherboard
2x PC clones featuring overclocked Core 2 Quads @ 3.5 and watercooled
2x Sega Dreamcasts (one never opened)
Gamecube
Xbox 360
PS3
Wii
Magnavox Odyssey 2 (no clue if that still works, I think I'll need to find out soon!)
Atari Lynx (acting up with corroded game contacts last time I checked)
PSP
At one point or another I also had a:
TI 99/4A (with the MBX joystick and keypad add-on)
Apple IIe (with a whopping 1MB of memory)
PowerMac 9500 (w/800MHz G4 running OS X)
PowerMac G4 Cube (1.7GHz dual processor upgraded)
Super Nintendo (taken by the ex-girlfriend)
Nintendo 64 (also taken by the ex)
Another Gamecube (the ex again)
Original Xbox (current girlfriends brother took that)
Another Amiga 500
Another Amiga 1200
Another Amiga 3000
I regret selling my G4 Cube and original Amiga 1200 at this time. The G4 Cube, although slower compared to the G5 I still have, was definitely a marvel of engineering for the point in time it came out. And the original A1200 was a heck of a lot more stable and decked out than the unit I currently have. I also have a N64 cartridge of "Duke Nuken Zero Hour" that I'll probably never play again. Boo-hoo...

-
LOL...XBox 360 has been out for 4 years! :)
-
My collection ranges from computers that mostly influenced me in my youth or I find interesting now...
Have:
- Heathkit ET-3400 (my Motorola 6800 1Mhz 512 Byte powerhouse)
- TI-99/4A
- Mac Plus
- Amiga 500
- Amiga 1200
- Mac G3 All-in-one
- Mac G4 Quicksilver
One day if i can sneak it in the house:
- Mac IIfx
- Amiga 4000
- NeXTstation
- Sun Sparc
Problem (for me anyway) is a lot of the "retro" stuff has gotten kinda pricey. As I guess things do when they transition from "old junk" to "classic/historic" computers.
-
Currently I'm using 2 Amigas: My original A2500 with a DKB megachip, DKB 2632 memory expansion, 2320 flicker fixer, GVP Spectrum graphics card and GVP hc+8 SCSI card. It is connected to both a DCTV and A Digi-View Gold through a parallel port switch box. It shares a keyboard, mouse, and monitor, through a KVM box, with an Amiga 4000/040 Video Toaster that has Picasso II graphics card and a GVP SCSI card in addition to the Toaster. I also have an A2000 Toaster that I'm not using and another A2000 for spare parts.
And I have an Atari Mega 4 St with an internal hard drive and a CLab unitor that I use for just one application: CLAB/Emagic Notator.
Also qualifying would be a 1998 Thinkpad laptop I own because I need it to run DOS so I can use my ROM burner.
And I won't even talk about all the retro sound equipment I own which predates my interest in retro computers by far.
I don't have space for a large collection and I prefer quality to quantity.

...that's the rarer hardware I've got. Back in the late 90's, switched from being a collector per se to more of a user. Have reclaimed -some- of my sanity since :-)

Thank you. No, I run MOS 2 on my Efika. Paid the lisence and all. I forgot to mention my CyberVisionPPC. But it's because I'm not sure if I'll use that or the radeon in my tower. :-)

Never owned anything not Amiga until about 5 weeks ago, when I brought a Museum collection heh, won't list any of that because I wouldn't know where to start...
These threads are pointless I tell you, you end up getting trolls complaining that you own too much Amiga Stuff, hells teeth man, not everyone sells something just because they want to make room or make money to spend on new stuff...
Usually most of us 'accidental' collectors have a plan, a very good plan LOL

3*A500
1*A1200
1*A4000
1*CD32
1*Original Gameboy
1*NES
1*Atari 2600
1*Mega Drive
1*Wii
Bought the CD32 as a sort of impulse buy off ebay as I knew noone else who had one, the Gameboy I had from new, the Atari from new when I was about 5, the NES and Mega Drive I bought because I never had them as a kid and I always wanted them (I rule) and the Wii was a gift from a friend when they first came out. Not overly impressive, but that's my collection.
