Hi, all, in the interest of not making money, but actually horse trading for hardware, I was given the following books with my Amiga collection, that as of right now I do not see me needing in the near future so I am willing to trade for hardware. Keep in mind I am in Canada, so is should be NTSC stuff.
I am not looking for anything fancy at the moment, but stock hardware or monitors. I have a A1000 and and A500 in my collection at this time, but both of them are just pieces and I cant do anything with them yet. (need at least an A520 and a power supply for the A1000)
The books are as follows broken down by type:
Commodore:
Intuition-the Amiga user interface
Amiga- Hardware Manual
Amiga- DOS Developer's Manual
Motorola:
Programmer's reference manual
68000 Assembly language programing
M68000 Family reference
M6800 16/32 bit programmer's reference manual
MC68901 Multi-function peripheral Jan 1984
MC68230 PI/T December 1983
MC68010 / MC68012 May 1985
MC68000 October 1985
MC68008 April 1985
MC68681 DUART Sept 1985
Misc. Amiga Books
Amiga System Programmer's Guide
Modula 2- Discipline & Design (the book is so well warn its starting to fall apart)
Modula 2 Programming
Modula 2
Modula 2- Programing (different than first)by Ed Knepley/Platt
Amiga Programmer's handbook Vol 2
Amiga DOS Reference guide 4th edition
The Amiga DOS Manual 3rd Edition
More tricks and tips for the Amiga
Amiga ROM Kernal Reference Manual
Amiga Hardware Reference Manual
Amiga ROM Kernal Reference Manual: EXEC
Amiga ROM Kernal Reference Manual:Libraries and Devices
Amiga Programmers Handbook (Cover is missing)
And probably a few more I have missed
Keep in mind, I am not willing to break these up, it all or nothing!
Also, to sweeten the pot, I am willing to throw in a Asus EEEPC laptop. I got this at Christmas time and only used it one month (before my Voodoo laptop came in). It has XP and Office 2003 installed (legal copies). It is the basic 701 model, Perle white, 4 Gig SSD, with Video Camera ETC. All original books, packaging, case and disks are included. Retail Value (with XP Pre-installed) is $499 CND. Office is another $300 or so.
This is your chance to get rid of that extra stuff lying around. ;-)
Ok, so if you don't want the books, you dont have to take them, But I am still willing to trade the EEEPC for a A2000 or such with monitor. Can be just a stock unit. lets talk! :horse:

The EEEPC is gone now, traded it for a A2000 system, but the books are still available to trade, even for parts for the A2000. let talk :-D

Well, I don't have everything you need but you might need some of these.
2091 scsi controller
A2000 4.3 mobo 1.3 roms
2-2mb memory boards
ASDG dual serial board
box of assorted chips for only amiga 2000(these are some basic chips that are on the A2000)request list if needed.
I think this is it and I know you might not want it all ;since you have A2000 now. You might need some back up later on and maybe this is the time to do it!
I would have to look at all your manuals and see what exactly I might want for trade. There is a lot to take in. There are some interesting items I might be looking for.
Thank You
Ray

I actually get it tomorrow, but I believe it already has a A2090, but I will let you know once I have had a chance to really look it over (thanks to mpiva) :python:
