Are you able to make your own floppies? There are several gvp install disk images at the Amiga Hardware Database (http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/search.pl?product=&company=gvp)

I have Fast Prep Disk image and original disk.
Also, have a look at some of my postings, maybe i can deliver it to you ;-) (about 40 min drive from you!!!) :-D

err.. isn't it enough to use workbench install disk and set the hdtools to use gvpscsi.device rather than scsi.device?
I think that's what I did.

If you plan to partition (fast prep) the drives.
Oh, got the manual & disk here.  can mail it if better.
