Title: Complete A1200 schematics?
Post by: Dr_Righteous on August 20, 2003, 10:04:06 AM
Anyone know where I might find a COMPLETE set of A1200 schematics? The ones on A-H are pisspoor scans, with some of the vital pages cut off...

Have a look at the ones on my webserver:

http://amiga.serveftp.net

They're scans, a bit crappy but most of the detail is there.  It's hard to see some IC numbers, but you can generally work most of them out OK.  I use them all the time for doing repairs.

@Castellen

They have the same problem as the one's on A-H... I need complete scans to work from. Thanks tho.

@Amigamad

A-H = Amiga-Hardware.com

@downix

If you have a spare moment to scan the schematics, diagrams and chip pinouts... And post them somewhere or email them to me... I would GREATLY appreciate it.

My purpose for needing this is threefold:

1. To assemble a complete system schematic, trace for trace

2. To work out the bugs I have in my two A1200 boards, and repair them

3. To attempt an AT/ATX and notebook design... Using the 68060 and updated components. Essentially this system would be like a fully upgraded A1200 minus the out-of-date components (AGA graphics, paula audio, etc).
