Title: Where to find EPROM burner for Commodore 64 or Amiga?
Post by: LoadWB on July 17, 2008, 07:52:33 AM
These used to be available all over the place about 10 to 15 years ago.  Now I can hardly ever find one.  Anyone know of a good place to find these (other then eBay, on which my automatic search hasn't turned one up for the past six months.)

Thanks.

You want an EPROM burner that connects to the C64 or Amiga??

What for? Even if you could find one the software would be so out of date half of today's chips would not be supported.

Just get a PC/Mac one. There are 10's of models to choose from.

Slight disadvantage with that thing:
Amiga's with more than 7 MHz are to fast to work correct with the Eprommer hardware.
