I got a dead A1200 motherboard, here is what shows up on screen after turning on:
and here's video (http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/6/28/1218776/Amiga/MVI_1348.AVI) (31Mb)
it seems that blue screen flashes for a moment, and a green one on power-off.
is there any chance of fixing it?

just a bare A1200? no expansions? no hard disks?
-
Is that through the monitor connector? have you tried the modulator/composite out?
-
It's just a bare motherboard, connected with good RGB cable. I removed the RF modulator because it looked broken.
One of previous owners tried 'keyboard hack'; he tried soldering wires to keyboard controller but it was a messy job and probably something was shorted. Also the ROM chips were blown (literally!) but I've replaced them.
Since blue and green screen flash occasionally, custom chips or Chip RAM are suspects?
-
Probably the chip ram is dead.
-
blue screen means pretty much anything could be dead. I'ld suggest not wasting your time on this board.

@ countzero. Just like another sort of computer I know of.
