Title: Is It possible to use...
Post by: Sonicwolf on June 25, 2008, 05:00:38 AM
Will A Commodore 128 power supply unit work with an Amiga 600? I have finally got my first Amiga but the PSU is shot.
(In case this is needed, this is in Canada)

Does not work, the output voltages are different. Don't try it.

This has been answered many times before, please use the search tool.

BTW: if you want to use an "alternative" PSU, buy/grab/steal/rent an AT/ATX pc PSU and use this page (http://www.ianstedman.co.uk/Amiga/amiga_hacks/Amiga_Power_supplies/amiga_power_supplies.html) as reference to build your own "juicy" Goliath PSU.;-)
