Title: ZIP RAM chips, lucky?

I obtained these:

Can they be used in AlphaPower or A3000?

I wouldn't try without comparing the datasheets (I couldn't find any for D421000V)

Looks like 1Mx1, the A3000 needs 1Mx4 or 256Kx4 - sorry.
