At the moment they are sold out, but both Vesalia and
Amiga Superbit say it becomes available again this month.

How does this thing work? How would you for example write an amiga or c64 disk image to a disk? Does it come with software to do the transfer? or is it more transparent letting dos commands work? What about formatting disks?

Actually you can purchase a catweasel MKIV form amigasuperbit in spain. The y have stock. You can also try amigakit.
